Job Requirements

  • at least two years of relevant k12 school nutrition programs experience is required by the usda
  • ability to direct others in a high-volume union business
  • strong financial acumen and budgeting background
  • experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction
  • knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for a high level of customer service

Job Qualifications

  • associate’s degree in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or related field
  • minimum 3 years of management experience
  • minimum 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
  • strong financial acumen and budgeting background
  • experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of client contracts and compliance
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high level customer service
