Job Requirements
- at least two years of relevant k12 school nutrition programs experience is required by the usda
- ability to direct others in a high-volume union business
- strong financial acumen and budgeting background
- experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction
- knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for a high level of customer service
Job Qualifications
- associate’s degree in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or related field
- minimum 3 years of management experience
- minimum 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
- strong financial acumen and budgeting background
- experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
- knowledge of client contracts and compliance
- professional communication skills
- passion for high level customer service
Job Duties
