Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in food service management
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility including budget forecasting and cost control
- Proven leadership and administrative abilities
- High culinary production expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams

- Lead and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house managers and frontline employees to ensure operational excellence across all units
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance, demonstrating strong financial acumen and cost control
- Train, mentor, and support a diverse team, fostering professional growth and high performance
- Manage daily catering operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and client satisfaction
- Cultivate a customer-focused culture with a proven ability to support organizational development and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain superior client relationships with executive presence, utilizing food management systems to streamline operations
