This full-time, Monday through Friday role typically operates from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, offering a structured workweek that supports work-life balance. The General Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the daily food service and catering operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and client satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in food service management
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility including budget forecasting and cost control
- Proven leadership and administrative abilities
- High culinary production expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
