Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience in food service management
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility including budget forecasting and cost control
  • Proven leadership and administrative abilities
  • High culinary production expertise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house managers and frontline employees to ensure operational excellence across all units
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance, demonstrating strong financial acumen and cost control
  • Train, mentor, and support a diverse team, fostering professional growth and high performance
  • Manage daily catering operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and client satisfaction
  • Cultivate a customer-focused culture with a proven ability to support organizational development and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain superior client relationships with executive presence, utilizing food management systems to streamline operations
