Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience
- Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
- Strong financial acumen and P&L background
- Experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction
- Knowledge of client contracts and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally
- Passion for high level of customer service
