bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 years management experience
5 years functional experience
ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
strong financial acumen and p&l background
experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction
knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
can manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
passion for a high level of customer service
