Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 a.m
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to handle administrative tasks including scheduling and inventory management
- Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- One to three years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Proven ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
- Experience with P&L analysis
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Ability to recruit and develop quality staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee store operations and ensure audit readiness
- Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
- Lead and support the team during peak breakfast and lunch hours
- Float across positions to maintain operational flow
- Handle scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and daily deposits
- Train and develop team members
- Generate positive customer survey results
