Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • ability to work an early morning shift starting as early as 4 am
  • physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
  • prior experience in managing a restaurant or foodservice operation
  • commitment to work-life balance and team leadership
  • willingness to complete the company provided five weeks of training

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • proven ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
  • experience or exposure to profit and loss analysis
  • strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • ability to recruit and develop quality team members
  • excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the store operations with an ownership mentality
  • ensure the store is audit ready
  • execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
  • provide exceptional customer experiences
  • support team members by floating across positions during peak hours
  • manage employee breaks and generate positive customer feedback
  • complete closing and prepping duties for the next day
  • handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory tasks
  • transport daily deposits to the bank
