Financial stewardship is a key part of the role; you will be expected to meet and exceed company and client financial targets and goals. Creating a positive and engaging work environment is essential to ensure that your team takes pride in delivering quality service every day.

Sodexo offers a competitive salary with compensation tailored based on experience, skills, education, and training. Along with a fair wage, employees are eligible for annual incentives rewarding excellent performance. Sodexo’s comprehensive benefits package promotes wellbeing and career development, including medical, dental, and vision care options, wellness programs, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, company holidays, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.

This position requires strong financial acumen and operational expertise, including a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume business environments. Successful candidates bring at least three years of management and functional experience, combined with knowledge of client contracts and compliance requirements. Effective communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service will help ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients. The role is an excellent opportunity to grow within a global organization that prioritizes inclusion, diversity, and equal employment opportunities. Sodexo's commitment to fairness and respect creates a workplace where employee ideas and opinions are valued, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture.

By joining Sodexo as a General Manager 3 at the Southborough independent school, you will be part of a dedicated team that influences students' lives daily, energizes employees, and partners closely with the client to achieve operational excellence.
