The role of General Manager in Metro Denver presents an exciting leadership opportunity within Sodexo At School. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily food service operations at partnered school sites to ensure a high-quality, safe, and consistent food experience for students and staff. The General Manager will be tasked with achieving financial targets and managing resources effectively, including oversight of cash-handling and point-of-sale systems. This role requires a proactive leader with strong team management skills to coach, mentor, and motivate staff, ensuring that Sodexo's operational standards and safety regulations are consistently met. Additionally, the General Manager will maintain and develop strong client and customer relationships that enhance the value Sodexo brings to each school.
