Job Requirements

  • minimum commitment of 40 to 45 hours per week
  • ability to perform all duties of a Barista, Shift Leader, and Assistant Manager
  • strong desire for career advancement

Job Duties

  • manage daily operations of a single Beans & Brews location
  • lead, train, and develop crew members including baristas, shift leaders, and assistant managers
  • enforce Beans & Brews operational policies and procedures
  • serve as a role model and maintain a professional representation of the company
  • assess and implement training programs aligned with company objectives
  • ensure exceptional customer service and quality control
  • foster a positive team environment and work culture
