Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior management experience in the restaurant or retail industry
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Must be able to comply with all company policies and safety regulations
Physical capability to perform restaurant duties

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to restaurant operations
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate team members

Job Duties

Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including enforcing company policies and procedures
Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while adhering to company guidelines
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
Create and maintain a people excellence environment
Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
Maintain Wendy's quality standards in every item served
