  • Previous management experience preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Maintain McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support Department Managers to achieve their goals
  • Develop and coach managers for improved performance
  • Set and implement restaurant goals and strategic plans
  • Hire and train Department and Shift Managers
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development
