- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability

- Lead and support Department Managers to achieve their goals
- Develop and coach managers for improved performance
- Set and implement restaurant goals and strategic plans
- Hire and train Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development
