The General Manager role at CRISP & GREEN is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant's standard of excellence. This leadership position requires an individual who embodies the brand's mission and is highly skilled in managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. As the face of the brand, the General Manager serves as a mentor and inspiration to the #CRISPCrew, ensuring the team works cohesively to provide an outstanding guest experience. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, cultivating a positive culture for growth, recruiting and developing future leaders, and consistently driving the team to meet and exceed company goals. Your role involves managing labor costs efficiently, implementing company marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards for customer service. Job Duties

  • In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
  • create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
  • recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
  • recognize and reward excellent performance
  • quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
  • motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
  • connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
