Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial statements
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles

- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs

Job Duties
- Motivate a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal
- Set the tone for the restaurant and customer service environment
- Develop and execute store marketing plans to maximize sales potential
- Manage expenses and meet budgeted targets
- Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and food safety
- Schedule staff effectively and measure customer satisfaction to improve loyalty
- Recruit, select, train, and retain crew and management dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Conduct leadership meetings and performance appraisals
- Enforce policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
- Participate in daily operations including food safety, inventory management, cleanliness, scheduling, and training
