Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- prior experience managing a high volume restaurant location
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied shifts

- Previous General Manager experience managing high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals
- create and execute plans to achieve goals
- lead and mentor Department Managers
- set goals for Department Managers and monitor progress
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- foster a motivated and capable leadership team
