Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly with a positive attitude
  • ensure guests have a memorable Wingstop experience
  • handle orders and inquiries professionally
  • resolve guest issues efficiently
  • control cash, property, product and equipment
  • build sales and control labor and food costs
  • maintain operational standards
  • communicate effectively across the team
  • coach, mentor and develop team members
  • ensure all risk management issues comply with company standards
  • identify and report maintenance problems
  • foster a positive and engaging restaurant culture
  • perform other duties as assigned
