Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a positive attitude
- ensure guests have a memorable Wingstop experience
- handle orders and inquiries professionally
- resolve guest issues efficiently
- control cash, property, product and equipment
- build sales and control labor and food costs
- maintain operational standards
- communicate effectively across the team
- coach, mentor and develop team members
- ensure all risk management issues comply with company standards
- identify and report maintenance problems
- foster a positive and engaging restaurant culture
