We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly organized General Manager with extensive expertise in fast-casual restaurant operations and bar operations oversight to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. This is an on-site position requiring the ability to commute or relocate. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily functions of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth execution, exceptional customer experiences, and a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking and operational oversight. Key areas of responsibility will include managing the bar and beverage program, financial management, and team development, all while consistently upholding Infuse Hospitality’s brand standards of quality, hospitality, and operational consistency.

In this role, the candidate will lead by example, setting high standards of service and operational excellence that resonate throughout the restaurant and bar teams. They will provide strong leadership through the hiring, training, mentoring, and development of staff across all departments. Creating a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence is essential to driving overall success. The position demands a focus on financial health, including budget management, expense and revenue tracking, and performance analysis through key metrics such as P&Ls and KPIs to optimize profitability, particularly focusing on bar performance indicators.

The General Manager will also oversee compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring the environment remains safe and welcoming. Monitoring inventory levels, controlling food and beverage costs, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation for both food and beverages will be critical responsibilities. Through conducting regular evaluations and coaching sessions, the General Manager will support employee development and retention, fostering a motivated and skilled team prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences that align with Infuse Hospitality’s mission to redefine hospitality in modern venues. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment with bar management responsibility
  • demonstrated experience overseeing bar operations, beverage programs, and alcohol service compliance

Job Duties

  • Provide strong leadership through hiring, training, mentoring, and developing team members across front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar operations
  • foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence across all restaurant and bar functions
  • conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive coaching to support employee development and retention
  • oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, service execution, cash handling, and adherence to company standards
  • manage bar operations, including beverage inventory control, ordering, cost management, and compliance with alcohol service regulations
  • monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock, minimize waste, and optimize food and beverage cost controls
  • enforce all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
  • address guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally across dining and bar areas
  • manage budgets, track expenses and revenue, and work toward achieving financial and operational targets
  • analyze P&Ls and KPIs to identify performance trends and implement strategies to drive profitability, including bar performance metrics
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in partnership with culinary and bar teams
  • conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with local health, safety, and liquor regulations
