Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment with bar management responsibility
- demonstrated experience overseeing bar operations, beverage programs, and alcohol service compliance
- solid business acumen including budgeting, financial management, and P&L analysis
- exceptional guest-service mindset
- thorough understanding of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to commute or relocate to Providence, RI
Job Qualifications

- exceptional guest-service mindset with a passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences
- thorough understanding of restaurant and bar operations, inventory management, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization
Job Duties
- Provide strong leadership through hiring, training, mentoring, and developing team members across front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar operations
- foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence across all restaurant and bar functions
- conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive coaching to support employee development and retention
- oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, service execution, cash handling, and adherence to company standards
- manage bar operations, including beverage inventory control, ordering, cost management, and compliance with alcohol service regulations
- monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock, minimize waste, and optimize food and beverage cost controls
- enforce all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
- lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- address guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally across dining and bar areas
- manage budgets, track expenses and revenue, and work toward achieving financial and operational targets
- analyze P&Ls and KPIs to identify performance trends and implement strategies to drive profitability, including bar performance metrics
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in partnership with culinary and bar teams
- conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with local health, safety, and liquor regulations
