Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience as a General Manager
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Ability to hire and develop team members

Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- Experience managing high volume quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail considered
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to coach and develop managers
- Strong communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers by setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure high performance
