As a separate company, Palacios Enterprises is solely responsible for all employment-related matters at its restaurants, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The General Manager actively supports Department and Shift Managers in staffing decisions to maintain a well-equipped team prepared to meet future challenges. The ideal candidate will bring prior General Manager experience, particularly in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 25 years old, underscoring the maturity and leadership capabilities expected in this role.
