- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
- ability to lead and manage large teams
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with supervisors and leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- manage hiring and staffing of 30-60 team members
- assist Department and Shift Managers with team leadership
- improve department performance to boost overall restaurant success
