Palacios Enterprises, Inc. is an independent franchisee operating McDonald’s restaurants, licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. This establishment functions independently and is not affiliated with McDonald’s USA as an employer. As a separate company, Palacios Enterprises is solely responsible for all employment-related matters at its restaurants, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This distinction ensures that the franchisee exercises control over operations and employment decisions, while McDonald’s USA remains uninvolved in such processes.

The General Manager role at Palacios Enterprises offers an exciting opportunity to lead a profitable restaurant, oversee day-to-day operations, and champion McDonald’s critical standards. The ideal candidate will bring prior General Manager experience, particularly in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 25 years old, underscoring the maturity and leadership capabilities expected in this role.
