The General Manager role at Palacios Enterprises offers an exciting opportunity to lead a profitable restaurant, oversee day-to-day operations, and champion McDonald’s critical standards. A key component of this role involves talent management, including hiring and guiding a team comprising 30 to 60 members. The General Manager actively supports Department and Shift Managers in staffing decisions to maintain a well-equipped team prepared to meet future challenges. The ideal candidate will bring prior General Manager experience, particularly in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 25 years old, underscoring the maturity and leadership capabilities expected in this role.
