Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior general manager experience in quick service or related industries
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience in hiring and developing staff
  • commitment to upholding company standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurants
  • background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • must be at least 18 years old to qualify

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant by maintaining quality service and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and manage a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
  • support Department Managers in setting their own goals and monitor progress
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • ensure all departments perform efficiently to improve restaurant performance
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to meet customer expectations
