Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior general manager experience in quick service or related industries
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- experience in hiring and developing staff

Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurants
- background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired
- strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant by maintaining quality service and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- support Department Managers in setting their own goals and monitor progress
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- ensure all departments perform efficiently to improve restaurant performance
- oversee daily restaurant operations to meet customer expectations
