Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all restaurant aspects including food production guest service and crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing recruiting hiring onboarding staffing performance management and coaching
- Be in the know by making critical business decisions around inventory budgeting and food ordering and costs
- Take action first by ensuring food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Inspire and empower by maintaining high safety standards for guests and employees
- Be results oriented by overseeing operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards
