Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior management experience in high volume or quick service restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- oversee the progress and performance of Departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage overall restaurant operations to improve performance
