The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products but operates the restaurant independently. All employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed exclusively by the franchisee, who serves as the direct employer. The role available is for a General Manager position at this high-volume quick service restaurant. The General Manager will play a vital part in managing a profitable restaurant by ensuring adherence to McDonald's strict standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
