Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- champion Wendy's operating systems
- lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- follow federal, state and local laws
- act as a hands-on coach and trainer
