The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Popeyes plays a pivotal executive leadership role, focusing on the overall profitability, guest satisfaction, people management, and operational efficiency of a single restaurant location. This full-time leadership position demands a passionate individual who can inspire teams, deliver financial results, and uphold the brand's high standards. The RGM is entrusted with managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in a clean and safe environment.

A significant part of the RGM's role involves developing leaders within the team by recruiting top talent, providing continuous coaching, and fostering a motivating environment that encourages superior performance. Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen years of age
  • high school diploma or ged required
  • 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred
  • understanding of p&l interpretation and profitability
  • ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long or irregular shifts
  • must have open availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
