Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen years of age
- high school diploma or ged required
- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred
- understanding of p&l interpretation and profitability
- ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts
- must have open availability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage restaurant p&l and strive for financial goals
- review key p&l lines to improve profitability
- drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations
- analyze sales and labor per shift and adjust labor accordingly
- motivate team to exceed guest expectations with fast and friendly service
- manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
- use guest feedback to identify problems and implement solutions
- engage with the community and execute local marketing initiatives
- lead recruitment and selection to build a strong team
- manage recognition programs to inspire staff
- coach assistant managers and team members for improvement
- demonstrate commitment to goals and inspire performance
- enforce health, safety, cleanliness, security, and fire regulations
- maintain operational and brand standards
- ensure delivery of brand programs and core products with excellence
- troubleshoot and seek maintenance support for equipment
