We are currently seeking a polished General Manager to lead an established fine dining concept in Richmond. This role is a unique opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing high-end restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring that guests receive an extraordinary dining experience that aligns with the brand’s reputation for excellence. This position demands strong leadership skills, an exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
The General Manager will act as the primary representative of the restaurant, cultivating relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers alike. Responsibilities include managing budgets, controlling costs, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The hotel is committed to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects both the sophistication of the fine dining experience and the warm hospitality that distinguishes the group. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to relocate if necessary
