Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and financial outcomes
- Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
- Motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with friendly and fast service
- Handle guest feedback by identifying root causes and implementing action plans
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Maintain operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
