Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and financial outcomes
  • Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with friendly and fast service
  • Handle guest feedback by identifying root causes and implementing action plans
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Maintain operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
