McDonald's USA neither participates in these employment processes nor receives any of the applications submitted for this role. This ensures that your employment terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the franchisee who owns the restaurant.

We are seeking dedicated Business Leaders to join our dynamic team within this independent franchise-operated McDonald's restaurant. This role is central to the successful running of the restaurant, requiring strong leadership and management capabilities. As a Business Leader, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of both managers and crew members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. In this leadership capacity, you will be responsible for motivating your team, tracking business performance, and implementing strategic plans to meet business goals. Your role will be critical in fostering a positive workplace culture that emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The candidate for this role should demonstrate a clear understanding of the fast-paced quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
