This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, including its logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate business entity and employer distinct from McDonald's USA. Therefore, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA neither participates in these employment processes nor receives any of the applications submitted for this role. This ensures that your employment terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the franchisee who owns the restaurant.

We are seeking dedicated Business Leaders to join our dynamic team within this independent franchise-operated McDonald's restaurant. This role is central to the successful running of the restaurant, requiring strong leadership and management capabilities. As a Business Leader, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of both managers and crew members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. In this leadership capacity, you will be responsible for motivating your team, tracking business performance, and implementing strategic plans to meet business goals.
