Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production and guest service
- direct crew and manager work
- plan and manage recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes
- handle staffing and performance management
- train, coach and motivate team members
- make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and food ordering
- ensure food safety standards are met
- maintain guest and employee safety
- oversee operational needs including maintenance plans
