Job Description

This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald's USA, and McDonald's USA has no involvement in employment decisions related to this position. The franchisee itself is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The General Manager plays a critical role in running a profitable restaurant and maintaining the high standards McDonald's upholds for its customers. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • previous General Manager experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
  • set and follow up on departmental targets
