Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous General Manager experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- ability to lead and develop teams
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve business goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
- set and follow up on departmental targets
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- develop strategic plans to ensure profitability
- supervise overall restaurant operations
