Job Requirements

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and team management
  • Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and maintain operational standards
  • Plan and make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are met in accordance with McDonald’s standards of excellence
  • Maintain high levels of guest and employee safety through established protocols
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
