Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service, and team management
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and maintain operational standards
- Plan and make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures are met in accordance with McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high levels of guest and employee safety through established protocols
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
