Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants strongly desired

- Run a profitable restaurant by ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness

- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor progress of departments and implement improvements

- Manage staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision in the restaurant
