Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and departments
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants strongly desired
  • Background in hospitality or retail industries considered an asset
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and effectively coach staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leaders and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers, helping them set goals and providing coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor progress of departments and implement improvements
  • Oversee daily operations with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision in the restaurant
