Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and departments
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants strongly desired
- Background in hospitality or retail industries considered an asset
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and effectively coach staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leaders and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers, helping them set goals and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor progress of departments and implement improvements
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Manage staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision in the restaurant
