Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Proven General Manager experience in fast-paced restaurant settings
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with Department Managers to set goals and create plans to achieve them
- Coach and supervise Department Managers to improve their teams and restaurant performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage daily operations including budgeting, staffing, training, and compliance
- Foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth and satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to safety and food handling standards
