This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee authorized to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While the restaurant operates under the McDonald’s brand, it functions as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters related to the restaurant, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision, meaning that McDonald’s USA does not partake in any of these employment decisions or processes.

This role is for a General Manager position at the franchise-operated McDonald’s restaurant. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the overall operations of a busy restaurant location. Your chief responsibility will be to ensure that the restaurant runs profitably while consistently meeting McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This leadership role requires strong managerial skills and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team toward achieving restaurant goals. You will collaborate closely with your leader to set business objectives and develop actionable plans to realize those objectives.

Leading a team of Department Managers is a key component of this position. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding these managers to establish their own goals and tracking their progress to foster continuous improvement. Age eligibility requires candidates to be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
