Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior managerial experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Willingness to lead and develop teams
- Ability to handle operational responsibilities of a high-volume restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to set goals and develop plans
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in managing business operations and staff development
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and manage a team of Department Managers by providing coaching and direction
- Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable management team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business workflow
- Foster a positive work environment that motivates employees
