Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior managerial experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Willingness to lead and develop teams
  • Ability to handle operational responsibilities of a high-volume restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop plans
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in managing business operations and staff development

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and manage a team of Department Managers by providing coaching and direction
  • Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable management team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business workflow
  • Foster a positive work environment that motivates employees
