The General Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring that all standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met consistently. This position requires strong management skills as you will lead a team of Department Managers who specialize in various operational areas. Your leadership will guide these managers in setting performance goals, tracking their progress, and offering coaching and support to foster departmental success. You will be accountable for the overall performance of the restaurant, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic planning. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a commitment to maintaining a high-energy, customer-centric atmosphere.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
