Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Proven experience managing high volume locations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Availability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Commitment to uphold company standards and values

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by managing all operations and resources
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work closely with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor and follow up on department goals and progress
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations
