Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Proven experience managing high volume locations
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Availability to work in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to uphold company standards and values
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by managing all operations and resources
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work closely with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor and follow up on department goals and progress
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations
