Job Requirements

- Previous General Manager experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules

- Ability to uphold health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and manage a team of Department Managers by providing coaching, direction, and support
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor departmental progress and implement improvements to enhance restaurant operations
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols
