As a Wendy's General Manager within WenJAI Restaurant Group, you will play a critical role in setting the vision and leading all crew members, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers to exceed customer expectations every visit. Your leadership will ensure that each Wendy's restaurant under your management reaches or surpasses its business objectives every shift and every day. This role demands a balanced approach focusing on both financial growth and people development. You will be responsible for inspiring your team to perform to their highest potential, delivering the quality Wendy's is known for, and preserving the iconic Wendy's spirit within your restaurant.

Your leadership duties include managing all restaurant operations, enforcing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years experience in restaurant management
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
Commitment to upholding company values
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Job Duties

Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
Ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit
Manage the operations and staff of the Wendy's restaurant
Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
