Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years experience in restaurant management
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
Commitment to upholding company values
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Proven leadership experience in restaurant management

Job Duties

Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
Ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit
Manage the operations and staff of the Wendy's restaurant
Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment
