Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8 plus hours with breaks

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven leadership and team development skills
- strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- excellent problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- attention to detail especially in food quality and cleanliness
