Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8 plus hours with breaks
  • perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
  • frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • use of lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently in kitchen
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces and sharp objects
  • use of proper personal protective equipment as required
  • ability to adapt between indoor and outdoor job settings

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • attention to detail especially in food quality and cleanliness
