Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept
  • ServSafe certified
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Display effective leadership skills
  • Effectively communicate with all levels
  • Interpret Profit and Loss Statements
  • Computer literate
  • Basic knowledge of Excel data entry
  • Understanding of web browsers

Job Duties

  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Deliver 100% on food safety
  • Proficient in employee scheduling and food ordering
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention
  • Manage food cost and labor cost
  • Ensure highest quality products and services delivered to each customer
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
