Job Requirements

Minimum of six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept
ServSafe certified
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to calculate and analyze data
Display effective leadership skills
Effectively communicate with all levels
Interpret Profit and Loss Statements
Computer literate
Basic knowledge of Excel data entry
Understanding of web browsers

Job Duties

Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
Deliver 100% on food safety
Proficient in employee scheduling and food ordering
Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention
Manage food cost and labor cost
Ensure highest quality products and services delivered to each customer
Perform other duties as required or assigned
