Paid training is provided to ensure managers are well-prepared to lead effectively, and employee discounts and meal perks support staff well-being. The company promotes career growth opportunities, encouraging individuals to advance within and beyond restaurant roles, highlighting its commitment to employee development and job satisfaction.
