Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven management experience in restaurant or casual dining industry
  • Experience with food preparation techniques and safety standards
  • Supervisory experience managing restaurant teams
  • Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha
  • Experience in inventory management and budgeting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel occasionally for new store openings and training
  • Must be able to stand, walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to perform sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ability to work in noisy, crowded, and variable temperature environments.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in restaurant or casual dining industry
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and industry best practices
  • Prior supervisory experience including shift management and staff training
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems such as Aloha POS
  • Experience with inventory control, cash handling, budgeting, and food safety compliance
  • Strong leadership skills focused on training and team development
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of hospitality under pressure
  • Effective communication and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct all facets of restaurant business including driving sales, managing costs, and growing the business
  • Organize, run and supervise daily shifts including opening and closing to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and guidance to hourly and management teams fostering a positive culture
  • Respond promptly to guest and employee feedback and needs
  • Maintain proficiency in FOH and BOH roles and provide support when required
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and supervision of FOH and BOH employees
  • Supervise and develop the management team while collaborating with divisional leaders
  • Monitor and document employee performance including coaching and disciplinary actions
  • Perform sanitation checklists, pre-shift line checks, and shift walk-throughs
  • Handle cash bank balances and ensure security
  • Conduct pre-shift and employee meetings
  • Address repair and maintenance needs
  • Enforce food allergy procedures and special orders
  • Ensure food storage, quality, and presentation meet standards
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct inventories and manage orders of supplies
  • Work flexible shifts at multiple sites and participate in new store openings and training
  • Safely use all necessary tools, utensils, equipment, and software
  • Communicate effectively in writing and speech
  • Multi-task in busy, stressful environments
  • Meet physical demands of the role.
