Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have manager Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs
- Willingness to work 45-50 hours weekly including weekends and evenings
- Background and credit check must be passed
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to work flexible schedules during peak business hours
Job Qualifications

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
- Proficient computer skills
- Background and credit check clearance
- Effective leadership and coaching skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to store team members following the TRED model
- Maintain highest standards of friendliness and store cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory control, purchasing, and payroll validation
- Ensure labor law compliance and accurate scheduling with Director of Operations approval
- Work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week including weekend and evening shifts
- Handle background and credit checks as required
- Oversee daily operations and ensure peak business hour coverage
- Maintain Food Safety Manager Certificate compliance
