Job Requirements
- Minimum of three to four years experience leading people
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- Flexible work availability
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle weather-related conditions
- Ability to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment

Job Duties
- Lead all people and operations of a Wendy's restaurant
- Ensure fresh food quality and great customer service every day
- Train and mentor Shift Managers and Crew Members
- Improve operational efficiency each shift

- Increase store sales and profit goals
- Foster a welcoming and family-like environment for customers
