Job Requirements
- full time availability with a minimum of 40 to 45 hours per week
- ability to perform barista, shift leader, and assistant manager duties
- willingness to enforce and uphold company policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage daily operations of a Beans & Brews location
- lead and train all staff members including baristas, shift leaders, and assistant managers
- enforce all operational policies and procedures
- ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- develop strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- represent Beans & Brews professionally to customers and community
- implement and assess operational objectives and mission goals
- perform any duties required of baristas, shift leaders, and assistant managers
