The company prides itself on its commitment to freshness, innovation, and providing both guests and employees with a positive experience. Wendy's emphasizes a culture of respect, teamwork, and career growth, making it an attractive employer for individuals who are eager to build a career in the restaurant industry.

The General Manager role at Wendy's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Reporting directly to a District Manager, the General Manager leads the restaurant management team by providing direction, training, and expertise to ensure that each shift meets its business goals and consistently exceeds customer expectations. This position requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational excellence with staff development and customer satisfaction. The General Manager is entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities including financial management, staff scheduling, hiring, coaching, maintaining health and safety standards, and facility upkeep.

This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth within Wendy's, including potential advancement to higher levels of management or other roles within the organization. The company supports its leaders through paid training programs designed to equip them with the skills necessary to lead effectively and uphold Wendy's standards. Alongside competitive pay and monthly bonuses, leaders enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Additionally, employee perks include discount programs and complimentary meals during shifts.

They should be passionate about developing their team, maintaining operational standards, and upholding a culture of food safety. Candidates must be 21 years or older, have access to reliable transportation, and be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training.

Wendy's is committed to diversity and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of age, race, religion, sex, disability, or national origin.
