Job Requirements

Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
Adherence to Wendy's policies and procedures
Ability to conduct profit and loss analysis and implement corrective measures
Effective supervisory practices
Competency in planning and budgeting
Proficiency in interviewing and hiring practices
Capability in training and developing staff
Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or a related leadership position
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers to exceed customer expectations
Ensure the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift and every day
