Job Requirements
- Ability to challenge, develop and lead a team of restaurant managers
- Provide welcoming and engaging hospitality
- Teach staff wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail skills
- Extensive food knowledge in service and preparation
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance and cleanliness
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant leadership
- Enhanced finance skills including budget and P&Ls
- TIPS and ServSafe Manager Certified
- Handle physical requirements of a restaurant manager role
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Integrity, intelligence, honesty and eagerness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management or restaurant leadership role
- Enhanced finance skills including budgeting, P&L analysis, costed menus, and staffing schedules
- TIPS and ServSafe Manager certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Passion for elevated service that blends fine-dining execution with welcoming presentation
- Knowledge of beverage service including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role including bending, reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy items
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Integrity, intelligence, honesty, and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Challenge and develop a team of restaurant managers who exhibit selfless hospitality
- Ensure that all guests and staff feel welcomed with lively, warm, attentive, and conscientious hospitality
- Teach and inspire staff in wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
- Maintain extensive food knowledge related to service, preparation, ingredients, and appropriate food and beverage pairing
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing within the restaurant
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and cleanliness through training and positive work environment creation
