Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values
- train and coach team members to deliver warm, bold, and consistent hospitality
- build schedules that support work-life balance while meeting business needs
- foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and joy
- oversee daily operations with precision and care including opening, service flow, cleanliness, and closing routines
- ensure food quality, speed, and presentation meet Biscuit Belly standards every shift
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for guests and staff
- manage inventory, ordering, and waste with accuracy and discipline
- be the face of the restaurant by greeting guests, resolving issues, and creating memorable moments
- ensure service is fast, warm, and effortless from open to close
- handle guest concerns with calmness, empathy, and generosity
- maintain a dining room atmosphere that feels fun, energetic, and welcoming
- track key metrics and use data to guide decisions and improvements
- manage labor, COGS, and controllables to achieve financial targets
- communicate results clearly to leadership and take proactive steps to drive growth
- protect the brand by upholding standards in every detail including food, service, cleanliness, and culture
