Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Permit where required
- TABC/ABC license as required
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in restaurant management
- At least 5 years experience as General Manager
- Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to develop financial projections and control budgets
- Ability to handle guest relations and crisis management
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing and walking throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- Food Handlers Permit where required

- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to handle customer relations and resolve complaints
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and mentor staff
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Develop monthly P&L projections
- Develop subordinate managers by establishing quarterly goals
- Take responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations
- Provide constructive feedback on company direction and decisions of upper management
- Maintain effective staffing levels through employee retention and recruitment
- Identify performance problems and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure high quality of operations adhering to company standards including preparation, service procedures, health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle all guest complaints and crisis situations effectively
- Actively participate in the community to increase sales and enhance restaurant awareness
- Recognize 50 regular customers by name
- Create an environment of high expectations and team cohesiveness among managers
- Manage all areas of the restaurant by circulating regularly throughout each shift
- Effectively delegate to subordinate managers
- Set the pace of the restaurant
