Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in handling customer relations and conflict resolution
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual effort

  • Proven leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in guest and customer service
  • Ability to manage business and financial operations
  • Skilled in motivating and developing teams
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage crew member employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention
  • Interview and hire team members
  • Provide proper training for team members
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
  • Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
  • Support diversity and promote an inclusive workplace environment
